BT Line Maintenance
200connect recommend that any business critical lines i.e. ADSL or main incoming phone system lines are put onto BT Total Care   
(Level 3). The response time from BT is four hours regardless of when the fault is logged.  BT do not offer a guaranteed fix time on any of their line maintenance packages and with Standard Care you may be without service for an extended period without a promise of compensation.
